If you recall there is a time critical project at the church. The depth of the sand in the Preschool playground is not deep enough per State regulations. We need to raise the level by 3-4" by Aug 3. In order to do this a retaining lip must be installed. This Thursday, July 16 between 5:30 and 6 PM we will begin to dig a trench to place the blocks. Friday morning at 5:30AM we will begin to set the blocks. The sand has been ordered and requested to be delivered on either Thursday or Friday, July 23 or 24. We will spread it on Saturday the 25th (there is a Bible Study scheduled). We are attempting to secure a Bobcat to help move the sand. However, if we are unsuccessful please bring shovels and wheelbarrows. Jim Dahnke has requested your assistance for this project. Dad's, bring your older kids. No pun intended but spread the word. This project will go faster with more people if we have to move the sand by hand.
